Holly Yoga is an intuition-based approach to yoga and meditation - intuitive movement to find your yoga groove!

I primarily teach a grounded style of flow yoga, moving freely to cultivate strength, balance, and awareness.

As a passionate believer in the power of intuition and compassion, my teaching style focuses on helping people find their own way in their body, by moving with awareness and ease within their yoga practice.

My teaching style is evolving day by day, rolling with my own experiences and adventures and my goal is to share a style of yoga that is fun, laid-back and intuitive, and above all inspires you to find your own yoga groove!

The most important lesson here is to have fun!
